When the jaw bone is too thin for standard implants, we anchor them in stronger bone further back in the face: the cheekbone (zygomatic), the nasal area, the vomer and the pterygoid region. This avoids bone grafting even in advanced cases.

When there is little bone under the sinus, a trans-sinus implant passes through the sinus to reach stronger bone, so a separate sinus-lift graft can often be avoided. That means fewer surgeries and shorter healing.
